Comfortable room, beautiful sinu culture decoration, great staff, clean and nice.

All was perfect.

Great location near the Sinu river, with clean and well-equipped rooms. The breakfast was diverse and delicious.

The staff were very friendly and helpful during my stay. The location was perfect for my business trip, with easy access to the main road and nearby amenities. The room was well-equipped with modern amenities and clean facilities which made my stay comfortable and enjoyable. the breakfast offered a great variety of food choices which made it easy to start my day with a nice meal.

One issue I encountered was with the fridge in the room. It seemed the fridge was not able to consistently maintain a cool temperature, which made it difficult for me to store my medication and food that required refrigeration.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel by the Sinu river. The location was perfect, allowing us to easily explore the beautiful surroundings. The room was well-furnished with a comfortable bed and air conditioning, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The staff provided excellent service, always going above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The amenities were top-notch, including a mini-bar and flat-screen TV. We also enjoyed the in-room breakfast, which was a great way to start our day.

Staying at this hotel was a real delight. Its location close to the river made it a perfect spot to enjoy the views and relax. the room was well-furnished and looked modern, with a big comfortable bed, air conditioning and a great decoration inspired by the local culture. the staff was attentive and efficient, paying attention to every detail, ensuring cleanliness and making me feel at home. Breakfast was beyond expectations with a big, diverse and delicious buffet selection. a highly recommended place to stay with some great facilities.

Although the hotel tried to conserve power by turning it off when guests are out, it makes it difficult for those with medication needing to stay cool.

The breakfast was decent and full of variety. the hotel's location was pretty convenient being close to the main attractions. the room size was good for a solo traveler like me.

The room freshness was terrible, it had an awful smell that didn't go away during my entire stay. the bed wasn't comfortable either and the pillows were way too hard, I couldn't get a good night's sleep.
